    As Director of the agency, Alice Matterface provides strategic leadership and oversight across all aspects of childcare recruitment and placement. With extensive experience in the household staffing sector, Alice is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality childcare solutions that meet the professional expectations of modern families.

    Her approach is structured, detail-focused, and grounded in rigorous screening, compliance, and quality assurance standards. By maintaining close relationships with both clients and caregivers, Alice ensures each placement is aligned with the agency’s values of professionalism, accountability, and long-term success.

    Alice will be heading up the company but also heading up the nanny team. All roles from nanny, housekeeper, mothers help, maternity nanny, nanny housekeeper, live in nanny, daily nanny, part time nanny and after school nanny roles. Covering London and the Home Counties.   • Senior Recruitment Consultant

    Sue has worked within the childcare sector since 1996, after studying for her level 3 and 4 she worked as a Nanny, Early Years practitioner, Nursery Manager and owned her own Nanny Agency.

    She is also a Mum of 2 lovely children!

    Sue has worked within Nursery recruitment since Sept 2020 and absolutely love helping Nurseries find that perfect staff member and help candidates secure their next perfect role.

    Sue will be heading up our North London permeant recruitment team. Sue will be covering roles all the way from nursery assistant, early years practitioners, room leaders, deputy manager, managers, area managers and operations directors, SENCO and primary education.
